The program, like many event programs, was mostly ads,
I scanned only several pages of interest of the 56-page booklet,
but there were some well-known names, like of course Jose Sarria,
and Charles Pierce, Michael Greer, Lynne Carter

So, I guess the button below must be from the 1976 event
