The above album was issued in 1970 by Pacifica Records, and then re-released a year later by the larger Folkways label.
The entire Folkways catalog has been acquired by the Smithsonian Institute and now CDRs can be ordered for any release.

According to Wikipedia, Bentley was born in 1916, and came out in 1969, and is still living.
