I'm very pleased this month to bring you a special two-hour career interview with SONiA. SONiA Rutstein and her sister Cindy Frank released their first album as Disappear Fear in 1988, and in various incarnations twelve more albums followed over the years. They toured together roughly the first ten years until Cindy opted to devote her time to motherhood. She has over the years continued to contribute to the studio recordings. So, as through the years as the billing changed from Disappear Fear to SONiA of Disappear Fear to SONiA to SONiA & Disappear Fear the musical formula has remained a strong contribution to our history. The new album, "Blood, Bones & Baltimore" is a visit to Blues Americana and is a delight.
